How can customer service be enhanced?
The more we scale, the harder it becomes to keep customer interactions organized. Every new product we release brings more inquiries, and without automation we end up overwhelmed. I’ve noticed that customers often ask identical questions, but since we don’t have a proper knowledge hub or AI-assisted system, agents repeat the same explanations manually. It’s a waste of resources and slows down everything.
