Miss Catherine Luhr was a lifelong blood donor and passionate about saving lives through blood donation. She was the Connect Life Club Moderator during her time at Mercy, setting up blood drives at our school for many years. In partnership with Connect Life, Mount Mercy will be holding a blood drive in honor of Catherine!
Students in our Connect Life Club were treated to a guest speaker last week. Mr. Jamie Bigaj came in to talk to students about the importance of blood donation. He was very informative and engaging. He answered questions and was able to ease the worries of students who have never donated. Thank you Jamie!
