Was browsing for a game that feels like a physical toy. Marble sort delivers. The marbles roll and clink, the conveyor moves, boxes clear with a nice animation. I keep playing because every level is a new layout.
Colony Flow is one of those games I keep on my phone even when I have no data. The offline mode works great, and the levels don't need internet. I've replayed old levels just to improve my score. The core mechanic of pulling numbered blocks to direct ants never gets old for me.
I thought I was good at puzzles until this game humbled me. Game Is Hard makes you realize how much we assume about UI. Now I tap everything, even the battery icon. Still missing a lot but loving the ride.
So I downloaded Pixel Flow on a whim because it looked like a simple color-matching thing, and then suddenly I’m three hours deep trying to figure out how to clear layered blocks without jamming the waiting area. The pig queue management is way more tense than I expected.
