Happy Hour Success: A Wonderful Evening with the Mount Mercy Community

What a fantastic evening! Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Happy Hour event last Thursday. It was truly heartwarming to see so many smiling faces gathered together, friends reconnecting, alumnae sharing stories, and new memories being made. The energy in the room was vibrant, and the atmosphere was nothing short of amazing.

We are incredibly grateful for the continued support of the Mount Mercy community. Events like this are a beautiful reminder of the strength and spirit that unite us. The Circle of Mercy is strong, and Thursday night was a perfect example of that connection in action.

A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Suzanne Scarcello Shatzel ’97 and the entire team at The Dog and Pony for hosting us so generously. Their hospitality helped make the evening both welcoming and memorable.

We are also deeply appreciative of our dedicated Alumnae Board members who thoughtfully planned and organized this event. Their hard work behind the scenes ensured a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone in attendance.

Most importantly, all proceeds from the evening will go toward supporting The McAuley Gala, Mount Mercy’s largest annual fundraiser. The Gala plays a vital role in advancing the mission of Mount Mercy and supporting our students, and we are proud that this joyful gathering contributed to such an important cause.

Thank you again to everyone who came out, supported, and celebrated with us. We can’t wait to see you at the McAuley Gala and at future events. Together, we continue to keep the Circle of Mercy strong.
