Access panel in finished basement drywall?

Finishing my basement and need several access panels for plumbing cleanouts and shutoffs. Want them to disappear into the painted drywall. Any that look truly invisible?

In finished basements you want zero visual interruption. I installed reinforced plastic ones that sit perfectly flush. The wall access panel for drywall takes drywall mud and paint so well that even up close you can’t spot them. The magnetic closure keeps everything tight with no visible latch. Guests never notice them, and they’ve been reliable for maintenance access.
