Flush-mount access panel that doesn’t pop open
Every cheap access panel I buy eventually pops open slightly after a few months. Looking for one with a strong magnetic catch or good latch. Preferably not too expensive.

The weak magnets on budget ones are the problem – they lose strength fast. Switched to a heavier-duty metal panel with dual magnets and a snug fit; hasn’t budged once since install. Looks clean too when painted. This model has held perfectly in my laundry room:
