Three Mount Mercy Bowlers Named All-Catholic

Three members of Mount Mercy’s Varsity Bowling team were named All-Catholic this year. The team finished the season in second place with a 43-13 record.
Junior Olivia Coleman (Lackawanna) repeated as a First Team All-Catholic, earning honors for the second straight year. Coleman had the highest average in the league, a 150. Freshman Jenna Angle (Lackawanna) was a second team All-Catholic, finishing with a 130 average. Senior Allysyn Pajek (West Seneca) was also a second team All-Catholic, ending the year with an average of 129.
With four of the top five bowlers returning next year, Coach Fred Kirisits is expecting another strong year from his squad.
