Tips for Taking the Admissions Exam

Budget your time. Study a little bit every day from now until the exam but set aside some larger blocks of time the week prior.

Go to the available review sessions and pay attention to hints that the proctor may give about the test.

Eat before the exam. Having food in your stomach will give you energy and help you focus. Avoid heavy foods that make you groggy.

Don't try to pull an all-nighter or stay up too late. Get at least eight hours of sleep the night before the test.

Be a little early. Aim to show up in the exam room at least 15 minutes before the test starts so you can relax and not feel rushed.

The exam is on a Saturday - remember to set your alarm and have a backup alarm set as well. Ask someone reliable to give you a reminder.
